Our Events

Some of Gathering Waters events have become institutions, like the Land Conservation Leadership Awards Celebration, our Land Legacy Gathering and the annual Wisconsin Land Trust Retreat.  When we see an opportunity to bring people to gether to advance land conservation in the state, we take it!  Listed below are events scheduled and upcoming.  Wisconsin Land Trusts hold events year round, as well.  We list as many of those as we know about!  Visit the Parade of Perserves!

2012 Wisconsin Land Trust Retreat

Each year, Gathering Waters Conservancy invites all staff and board members of Wisconsin land trust to network, learn, and help advance the land trust movement toward excellence.

Partnering For Progress Chautauqua & Barn Dance

Sep 22, 2012  •  Saxon Homestead Farm, Cleveland, Wis.  •  5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

An old-fashioned chautauqua and barn dance -- enjoy a lively band, locally-grown food and bushels of fun in a beautifully restored, 160-year-old barn on a fifth-generation, grass-based, family dairy farm that crafts its milk into artisanal cheeses.

GWC Night at the Duck Pond: Madison Mallards vs. Battle Creek Bombers

GWC has been chosen by the Madison Mallards to be the featured nonprofit at one of their games this summer. A portion of the proceeds from tickets purchased through the GWC ticket portal is donated back to GWC. Make plans to join us for a fun night at the ballpark and support Wisconsin conservation!
